My job these days is to take excellent care of myself.
To workout like a warrior.
To read my TV books, take notes, and write up my pitches. Do research on the internet. There’s a timeline to this. A deadline. I need to do as much as I can fast, so I can get my work out there. Pitch it, sell it, do it.
Eat right.
Main thing…. working out.
I want to look good when on TV. I’m building more life force. More power. A well conditioned body is not only salesworthy, but super powerful.
You need power to get your work out there.
You need power to do your mission.
Exercise does it.
Not overdoing it. But doing it.
Today I swam laps.
For fun, I swam in the ocean on my floaty tire.
Tonight I will cook a good meal. I am warming up fish now. Eat, eat, eat.
Good night’s sleep.
Care for my face with lotions and masks.
I need a haircut.
And shopping. Need to confirm my look for when I speak, which is almost complete — Athena, warrior, g-ddess like. And need to confirm my look for when I do my TV show and TV interviews… need to think about that and shop for that.
Yes, doing it all now.
Now is the time.
HELL YEA! Doing it!
PS: Crab ran cross my path today while I was walking out to the beach. Crab signifies coming out of your shell
PSS: Earthworm crossed my path today as well. This is what I think it means…
When Earthworm appears, it is time to work over all we have been experiencing,
a time to examine and digest what has occurred in our life.
Then we can cast off what is not beneficial or necessary – clean house emotionally.
This allows new growth.
Earthworm also reminds us that no matter how small our efforts seem,
we are reshaping the earth around us.
The past (including past lives) influences the present and the future.
Unless we recognize and acknowledge the past,
we can repeat the same mistakes.
Earthworm reminds us that no matter how difficult things might have been,
new growth and new hope awaits us.
