I sure do have a thang going with my nature friends.
This is what happened today…
While taking a walk today I noticed a dead opossum that was hit by a car and pushed to the side of the road. This instantly made me teary so I looked away and started praying for her. But I kept hearing a strange little noise coming from her direction… which made me even sadder because I thought then she was still alive and suffering. Then I noticed she was pregnant — and one of her babies had crawled out of her and was trying to make his way somewhere… and then I saw there were two more babies stuck in her, trying to get out. The experience for me was very emotional, magical, and blessed. Thank you to the Ft Lauderdale Wildlife Care for coming to our rescue. On my way home, Spirit gave me 4 huge snail shells as a thank you. Really big ones, and I love them. As I was walking with them I realized that not only were they a thank you from Spirit, the 4 were symbolic. One for the mother who had passed, and three others for the babies who I helped save. Feeling very blessed that I was on my walk at that time and that I could have been a piece of the bigger puzzle. The four shells will be a constant reminder of today, thank you.
The significance in this for me right now is that Spirit is watching over me and taking care of me.
There are two things here I guess
1 – Pregnant opossum. Remember just about a week ago I was watching a pregnant goose gift birth? So again, we’re talking about birth.
I’m so grateful this opossum’s babies were able to live. So grateful I was there to help…. and I was ready to walk by as well. I told the little baby who was struggling to crawl away that he saved his brother and sister cause I was the one who saw him (who knows the sex of these babies anyway) 🙂
Feeling very blessed to be of service. Spirit knew I would help… thank you for putting me on that path and giving me the thought to take a long walk today
2 – The being take care of part. Spirit said… you see, we came to help you. Cause I was concerned and needed help caring for these babies. I called the police, who said they only help with domestic animals… who then gave me a number for wildlife rescue in Jupiter, who told me to drive up there, but I was walking so I couldn’t drive up there nor was I picking up the dead mommy… and then they gave me the number for Fort Lauderdale rescue who drove to meet me and get the babies. THANK YOU.
So Spirit said, you see how all these helpers came to the rescue? And I was like, yes, and fast.
So that was a good sign, something I really needed to see as last night my dream and thoughts during sleeping hours were ridden with worry, fear, not having enough time, money stuff.
This all has to do with being separated from my parents.
I was saying this to myself yesterday — how is it that you were making the same amount the other day when talking to your parents and you felt calm… and now again you are making the same amount not talking to them but there’s this fear of them not being there to “save” you if you need saving.
So this to me was the Universe showing me, we’re going to help you — and we help quick. And then my logical mind was trying to break it down on how I got the Universe to help me… was it cause I said please help a million times in my head? Which turned into thoughts that I’ve been having quite some time, as to how many times do you need to ask Spirit to help you, as I try to remember to ask them to help me each day… but then again, wonder how many times each day do I need to ask them to help me. It’s kind of a funny thought that I have, goes around in circles, but that’s how it goes

PS: Saw loads of 999s while walking today and waiting for animal rescue. As well as 777s and one 222 and then after the rescue came 333. Very nice 🙂
