Last night as I was laying in bed about to doze off this song came to mind, “Put me in coach… I’m ready to play…. today”
Here it is if you are not familiar with it. It’s a popular old time song in America

And yes, it’s a cheesy song.
So this song was going on through my head. And I started laughing and singing it aloud.
And then I started filling in the lyrics with my own — Put me in G-d, I’m ready to serve. Today.
It was funny. I kept putting in different words.
And was having a lot of fun with it.
And that’s how I’ve been feeling the last many months.
Put me in G-d, I’m ready to play… today.
Bring me more students. My TV gig. My book deal and more.
It was a fun moment. Bringing light to the situation. Things never stay the same in our lives. If we are “working” on something, healing comes about and then we move onto the next thing.
I love singing and making up songs.
I’ve been incorporating this more into my sessions and live events.
I love it.
Life is supposed to be fun and playful. And might as well make a song about it 🙂
